a) “Neyu AI IP” - All software, AI models, designs, code, and content in the Services are and shall remain the sole property of Neyu AI and its licensors; no title or ownership interest is transferred to Users. b) “User Content” - All data, text, and materials you submit (“Your Content”) remain your property; you grant Neyu AI a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and analyze Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. c) “Third-Party Materials” - Any components, libraries, assets, or data provided by third-party vendors or open-source projects are owned by their respective rights holders; Neyu AI merely sublicenses such materials under their original terms.
